There are the first tentative signs that small caps may be bottoming out. Inflation looks like it may be coming down despite having failed to drop significantly in the past two months, with the renegade actions of the Bank of England in raising interest rates and tightening credit  to crash the market. Nurses have decided to accept the pay offer, although more militant junior doctors aren’t ready to stand down.
