Tribal has strengthened its public sector consulting business withthe acquisition of Yale Data Management for £9.6m, of which up to £3.9mis on a deferred earnout basis. The initial consideration is £5.7m (£5mcash and rest in shares). Yale supplies a range of IT, IS andmanagement consultancy services to public sector organisations. In theyear to 31 March, Yale made an operating profit of £695,000 on sales of£6.9m.Although well off the 379p high reachedin June the shares are still above the 165p float price when we firsttipped them.
