Start with a quick aside. You might recall that last time we referred to the FT (amongst others) struggling to cope with Brexit. Today the online FT persists with a Hollywood-style banner headline: “Brexit - The Aftermath”.  Less prominent on that same page is a new Brexit-related headline “Apocalypse No” – so they have at least retained a sense of humour!Notable in the last month is outperformance by the housebuilders, a number on chunky yields that don’t appear to be under threat. For example, Berkeley Group still has a yield in excess of 7%.
