IG said it ended the year with a strong Q4. Overall sales went up 37% driven by the acquisition of Impact (9.8% organic). Following the acquisition, the US gift wrap operations have been integrated into one facility in Memphis to deliver the annualised US$5m of operational synergies from 2020/21. Of course, the cross selling and purchasing synergies are excluded from this target and could be very significant. It has just been awarded Supplier of the Year for Seasonal and Celebration products at Walmart. Net cash ended the financial year ahead of expectations, with average leverage during the year expected to have been below 1.3x EBITDA from 1.5x last year.
