The shares have jumped strongly over the month despite a market seeing limited holiday bookings. As I highlighted last month, On The Beach runs an asset light, flexible, no inventory risk model and has no fixed commitments on hotel rooms or airplane seats. It has reacted to the present situation by reducing marketing to nil and limited all other non-essential costs to reduce its monthly cash burn.
