Volex - Enters EV infrastructure segment

I included a comprehensive write up on Volex last month, following its three acquisitions since August. Since then, Volex has reported a record H1. Sales and pretax profit, including a contribution from DEKA, increased by 45% and 22% to US$282m and US$24.5m, respectively. Eps on a higher tax charge was 12.7 cents.Divisionally, demand for EV charging cables was the standout performer with revenues more than trebling to US$45.3m.
