Ahead of reporting its full year results in December, OTB’s pre-close update said TTV was up 11% to £1.23bn. This was driven by the continued expansion of its City Breaks offer, now live in 155 destinations - and to focus on this it is now withdrawing from its lossmaking B2B Classic Collection activity. It also said Summer ‘25 was 12% ahead and that it is confident Summer ‘26 will continue to build. What spooked the market was OTB saying it expects to deliver a pretax profit in the range of £34.5m-to £35.5m, a figure that is £2-3m below the level anticipated at H1.
