GB has come down from its £6 high despite excellent results. The latest H1 results showed sales up 9% to £57.3m reflecting a full six-months from prior year acquisitions. Organic growth was 11%.   It might look like GB’s story of double digit growth has slowed but the prior year included one European bank customer unusually wanting to buy as a perpetual software licence and pay for it upfront. Normally such a contract would be delivered over a three-year period, payable in annual instalments. If that had been the case here then GB would have recognised only one third of the total amount.
