Last year, Eagle Eye lost its massive contract with Neptune Retail Solutions but instead of crashing into a wall, underlying revenues for the full year soared by 21% to £46.1m. But that’s not the best bit: full-year EBITDA slammed into the record books at £9.8m, absolutely pulverising the £7m forecast. In the second half of the year, profit margins rocketed from 18% to 23%.  Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) shot up 31% to £44.5m. Net cash has also hit £16.1m (against the £13.3m expected).   How did they do it? Simple: they put through price increases and cross sold (so NRR was 111%) and also won new accounts.
