I am going to stick my neck out and say that I think the writing is on the wall for 4Imprint (FOUR; 1870p). This is the promotional products business in the US and has long been one of those equity tortoises, growing at a steady 15% compound in each of the past few years, never looking exciting in any one year but ratcheting up terrific gains in the long haul. On SCSW I recommended the shares back in May ‘11 at 211p and at the current 1870p, it represents a gain of 786%.For those who don’t know, 4Imprint operates in the US$21bn US promotional goods market, and is the second largest promotional product distributor (PPD) behind Vistaprint.
