The shares shot ahead after Altitude placed £1.5m new shares at 60p. What has excited investors is that Altitude’s old business model has been tweaked and it looks like the company can achieve better traction from distributors by targeting buying groups rather than individual distributors as it is able to whitelabel the software, which now combines both its e-commerce technology (Channl) and a cloud-based order management system. The first whitelabeled version, “AIMPro,” has now gone live for members of the AIM buying group.
