Altitude - Forecast eps of 7.5p rising to 15.5p

In an interesting turn of events, Altitude has acquired the AI Mastermind (AIM) buying group of promotional goods distributors, which is currently the largest user of its e-commerce trading platform, ChannlPro, under its white label arrangement (AIMPro). You will recall that the AIMPro revenue model is based on AIM members transacting their sales and purchase orders on AIMPro where Altitude takes a fee from the suppliers (2.4% in the December figures).AIM is the largest and fastest-growing promotional products distributor buying group in the US, with 1,917 members.
