GBG has delivered an impressive set of FY25 results that underscore the group’s resilience, operational discipline and accelerating strategic execution. Despite the shares drifting lower, the fundamentals are simply too strong to ignore. Sales rose 3% to £283m, driven by rising net revenue retention (NRR) across Identity and Location - clear evidence of deepening customer engagement and sustained upsell momentum. Operating profit jumped 9.5% to £67m, with margins expanding by 160bps to 23.7%, reflecting the payoff from last year’s cost initiatives. Cash generation remained powerful, enabling a £32m reduction in net debt to £48.5m. Combined with improved earnings and lower interest charges, pretax profit surged 15% to £60.1m ...
