Supreme - Disposable vapes grows strongly

I met with chief executive Sandy Chadha and FD Suzanne Smith during the month ahead of the year ending in four weeks time. The keynote was that the Vaping side (which was 53% of gross profit in FY22) continues to trade strongly after the record Q3 it reported. There has recently been some newspapers reporting negativity on a rival disposable vape, Elf Bar, after a discovery that its products had breached UK tobacco-related product regulations (they had tank capacities above the 2ml legal limit for the UK market). These products have been removed from sale and Chadha says that whilst Supreme had some low margin income distributing this rival product, Elf’s absence from the market has electrified its direct sales of disposable vapes with ...
