Hargreaves’ pre-close statement said that a positive decision with respect to planning approval of the Tower open pit project is now expected to be received early in the New Year. Elsewhere in its existing production businesses, it said Maltby output has improved whilst coke prices remain high. The coal trading businesses in Europe are  in line whilst that in the UK is “robust.â€Interims are due on 21 February. If Tower comes in expect a sharp increase in share price and eps forecasts; buy for that. ...
