DotDigital - Accelerating ARPC through new features

DOTD seems to be entering its next phase of exciting growth, with organic revenue returning alongside acquisitions. This integration of personalisation functionality into its CXDP platform following the acquisition of Fresh Relevance during FY24 was recently followed up with the acquisition of Social Snowball in June 2025, which extends its reach into the fast-growing influencer, affiliate and referral marketing segments. The former was reflected in an +8% uplift in ARPC to £1,923 per month. Geographically, growth was broad-based and international revenues now represent a full 33% of sales.
