GB delivered a good FY25 with operational improvements made in the year already feeding through. Sales were +3% to £283m with EBITA +10% to £67m, in-line with us and consensus. Exceptional costs of £4.5m reflect the simplification and global alignment initiatives taken in H2 25.  Growth in Identity was c. 3% driven by yoy growth in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Location remained resilient, achieving growth of just over 6% and finally Fraud saw return to growth in H2 (-4% for the year as a whole) due to deal timings. All things equal, GB looks well set for accelerating FY26 delivery. With 35% sales from the US, tariff uncertainty saw the shares dip although they are now recovering strongly.
