Craneware - Some large US$10m deals floating around

Craneware has crimped its guidance for the year to 30 June with sales of US$205-208m and EBITDA of US$65–67m, more or less in line with FY25 but below earlier expectations. Speaking to CEO Keith Neilson, he notes that the core business didn’t falter at all. The flagship Trisus software suite continues to deliver strong recurring annuity style revenue through revenue integrity, charge capture and pharmacy analytics, supported by robust customer retention. The shortfall was driven primarily by slower-than-expected conversion of opportunities in the 340B Drug Program, a US federal initiative that enables safety-net hospitals to purchase outpatient drugs at significant discounts.
