Amcomri - Another upgrade

I am due to speak to Amcomri on 14 April when it next reports. Its trading update already shows it is firing on all cylinders. This month it confirmed FY25 revenues of £70.9m, up 22%, with adjusted EBITDA exceeding £9m, comfortably ahead of market consensus. The company has separately also acquired National Compliance and Testing for £1. The business, which has c£5m sales, provides Amcomri with a UK-wide electrical test and compliance capability. Finncap has lifted its FY25 EPS by 5% to 5.5p, with this year left unchanged at 6.9p. It needs the next deal to push higher. Strong hold. ...
