Audioboom’s H1 shows sales up 30% to US45.7mwhileadjustedEBITDAjumped80%toUS3.2m, the classic signature of a platform that can scale. Organic growth was a still-solid 18% after the Adelicious contribution, with Showcase, the automated advertising marketplace, rising 60% to US$18.6m and now forming a larger share of the mix, helping gross margin to climb to 21.7%. Monthly downloads and video views averaged 183m in Q2, up 84%, giving the company more inventory to sell. The group ranks as the largest video podcast publisher, a position that should be reinforced by the new Spotify and Apple partnerships due to go live later this year.
