McBride delivered a robust FY25 performance, with operating profit of £66.1m and sales of £926.5m, both very similar to the prior year but supported by strong volume growth (+4.3% overall), including +1.4% in private label and +49% in contract manufacturing, reflecting the full-year impact of a major long-term contract. Operating margin held steady at 7.1% with PBT of £54.9m, though a higher-than-expected tax rate of 31.5% meant  EPS came in at 21.1p. The balance sheet continues to strengthen, with net debt falling by £26m to £105.2m (1.2x ebitda).
