When it comes to retail, Peter Cowgill  knows his onions, having presided over JD Sports for many years. He became chairman of Quiz (QUIZ; 12p) shortly before it floated in 2017 and I began to look at the shares after I noticed he bought 410,000 at 12p on 21 September, to take his holding to 503,168 (0.4%).
