Staffline’s chief executive seems to have recanted on his previous dislike of high street recruiters, with the acquisition of Select Appointments, a staffing agency franchisor for an undisclosed amount - so we presume it was a giveaway price. Select has been around since the 80s and has 31 franchised offices presently. Staffline says that the plan now is to triple this number over the next three years.The deal is said to be eps enhancing from next year. Strong hold/Buy. ...
