Following a strong H2 that offset a slower H1, the scientific equipment maker expects full year results to be in line with market expectations. During FY25, SDI acquired two businesses. InspecVision, acquired for £6.1m, takes it into the high-value metrology market and a global blue-chip customer base. Collins Walker, acquired for £1.85m just before the year-end, designs and manufactures electric boilers for industrial and commercial applications, expanding SDI’s reach into sectors such as healthcare and distributed heating. As of 30 April, SDI reported net debt of £13.8m. Tipped at 21p and having taken profits at 170p, hold the remainder. ...
