Private equity interest in AIM is clearly heating up—Bain Capital recently confirmed it’s considering a bid for Craneware, known for its Revenue Cycle Management software for US hospitals. The software covers processes including: initial treatment cost estimates, cost reimbursement from payment authorities, including Government; bill audits; and supplies procurement. Talks are at an early stage but with ARR of >US$177m and cash of >US$75m, Bain needs to dig deep. Tipped at 1500p in Oct ‘23, await developments. ...
