After delivering double-digit expansion in the several prior years, sales growth has emerged as the clearest area of concern in DiscoverIE’s recent performances. Organic growth, in particular, has turned distinctly anaemic, which has, at least temporarily, taken some shine out of the story. Chairman Nick Jefferies was refreshingly candid in acknowledging that and argues persuasively that the last three years -  organic growth of +1%, -7%, and +2% respectively - represent the low point of the cycle.
