Mike Ashley’s Frasers initially made a preliminary bid approach for Revolution but later withdrew its interest. Since then, Revolution has launched a formal sale process and opened its books to other parties. Q1 has seen softer-than-anticipated trading in both the US market and digital channels. The benefits from the planned rationalisation of the SKU base have yet to materialise. Cavendish forecasts lower revenue of £126m for this year, with a return to growth projected in FY27 to £132.3m.
