Wilmington - Completes high quality Spanish acquisition

Wilmington has acquired Conversia, a Spanish “legaltech/RegTech” firm that provides software-based compliance and regulatory services - especially focused on data-privacy regulation. Its main offering is a SaaS platform called SIGNO, which is designed for SMEs, freelancers and homeowner associations to generate legally required compliance documentation (e.g. related to data privacy, labour regulations, other regulatory obligations) in a few minutes and without a need for extensive legal expertise. The platform ensures adherence to annual data-privacy requirements, helping customers avoid regulatory fines.
