The shares sparked to life after appointing Nicola Pearcey (former president of UK & Europe at Lionsgate) as CEO. Separately, ADF said it saw a stronger H2 with utilisation and margins ahead. Work included the latest seasons of The Witcher for Netflix, Disney’s Rivals and Apple’s Slow Horses. Autotrak also performed well, supplying major events over the Christmas season. Against inflationary wage pressures, it is implementing a cost saving and wider efficiency initiative and expects to incur costs of £1.7m. Net debt stands at £12.7m, which is the Hire Purchase on its fleet. Strangely, Cavendish has reined in its forecast to sales of £42.8m, EBITDA of £9.4m and a £1.3m pretax profit.
