Since my last update, IIG has met a major milestone: the CFCA has greenlit Hui10’s payment system for the next stage, unlocking the £5m fundraise at 91.5p from Helikon Investments (based on the 30-day weighted average prior to the news). This clears the runway for the bigger prize, Ministry of Justice approval, which management expects as early as next month (March). Until now, IIG has been circumscribed in its ability to raise cash, which had been holding back its terminal rollout plans. It has now confirmed that an additional £15m has been secured from other shareholders who had previously expressed interest, matching the Helikon terms.
