Tracsis’ full-year performance was held back by delays linked to the proposed renationalisation of Train Operating Companies and the creation of Great British Railways, which has extended procurement cycles. During the month I met with new CEO David Frost, whose previous stint in water asset management puts him in good stead for this role. Everything was broadly flat, with sales at £81.9m, pretax profit of £10.2m and EPS of 24.8p.
