ME Group continues to explore potential offers for the business. For the year to 31 October 2025, it expects to report sales of between £318m and £331m. The two core divisions delivered mixed results. Wash.ME, the growth driver and highest-margin segment, saw revenues rise 10% year-on-year to £105m, though this represents a slowdown from the high-teens growth of prior periods, which it attributes to unusually warm weather. A record 1,145 net laundry machines were installed. Photo.ME saw a 4% year-on-year revenue decline to around £296m. Forecasts have been adjusted downward, with PBT and EPS reduced by 5%/9% to £76.2m / 14.6p. Await developments. ...
