AB Dynamics’ H1 showed sales up 30% to £49m (14% organic), with strong activity in both track testing and laboratory testing and simulation, particularly in Europe. Pretax profit was £7.6m (H1 2022: £5.5m) for eps +38% to 27.5p. Net cash of £21.5m compared to £29.2m at Aug-22 but that was after paying the upfront element of the Ansible acquisition. Broker Jefferies has put one comment out saying that the growth rate and margins are moderating - but I struggle to agree - and speaking to chief executive Dr James Routh he says the note was put out without consultation.  As these results show, Track testing sales of £34m were +13% yoy on a reported basis, reflecting increases in robots and ADAS platforms offset by lower testing ...
