OPG Power Ventures - Potential beneficiary of coronavirus

There are two reasons for me alighting on OPG Power Ventures, which operates coal fired power stations in India. First, I am expecting the shares to re-rate; they trade on a PE of 4 but debt is being paid off at a hurtling rate. Second, speaking to finance director Dmitri Tsvetkov, who I met last month, it becomes apparent that the shares could actually be a beneficiary of the coronavirus. As he explains, the outbreak has resulted in factories in China remaining shut down or running at reduced capacity. Oil prices have fallen 20% over the past month on expectations of reducing demand in China and he is now expecting the price of low grade Indonesian coal to follow suit.
