Facilities by ADF - Broker introduces eps forecast of 9.6p next year

Management were in good cheer when I met them following FY22 full year results. Sales were up 13% to £31.4m, reflecting strong organic growth. Pre and post tax profit came in ahead of expectations at £4.8m (EBITDA £8m), for eps of 6.2p. It was a pretty frenetic period. First there was the acquisition of Location One to move ADF into complementary filming equipment hire services as it becomes the premium one-stop-shop for the industry. Second, there was investment of £9.2m in 139 more fleet vehicles (comprising make-up, costume and artiste trailers, mobile production offices, diners, school rooms, toilets, technical vehicles and tractor units).
