The Panoply (TPX) - Greek for “collection” - is the vehicle for Neal Gandhi, a technology entrepreneur with a history of building and then selling technology companies. Although he has previously done this in the private sector, in December he floated The Panoply, which he describes as a “digitally native technology services company” (engaged in  tech-related consultancy and digital transformation).The four component businesses that formed the group at float were previously independently run and only came together in December but the prospectus gives the growth performance had all parts of the business been together for the last three years.
