Some weeks ago, I got a call from Bob Huxford, a friendly public relations man I’ve known for years. Between alerting me to a trading update that one of the SCSW GP3 companies had put out and informing me that he was having lockdown lessons to play the guitar, he told me that although he wasn’t presently acting for K3 Capital, it was worth having a chat with the chief executive, John Rigby, as the business was taking off. This was a novel approach so I took him up on his offer.
