Luceco’s strong momentum has continued into Q2 as superior product availability in a tight market, as a result of its vertically integrated manufacturing mode, helped it win market share. Residential demand continues to be strong with continuing high levels of home improvement activity but commercial projects are also improving. Expected H1 21 sales of £108m are 51% higher than H1 20 with profit more than doubling to £19m as it managed to pass on much of the higher costs of freight, labour and raw materials. Gross margin is up 0.1% year-on-year to 38.5% and operating margin stands at 17.6%.Numis raises its forecast eps for the year to end December by 15% to 20.1p and next year’s by 15% to 21 ...
