The shares stand 28% above the price at which we made them a New Year recommendation in the recent December issue. Broker Evolution forecasts a pretax profit of £4.1m based on 349 pitches at the year end, 30 June. The increase from 282 last year comes from the 37 pitches spanning four sites which came with Vida and for the first time in a while, three new builds to add 26 pitches. The broker expects four new sites next year to add a further 40 pitches helping to give rise to a pretax profit of £5.6m and eps of 4.8p. That implies a 12 month forward PE of 17.4 which compares to Goals Soccer's PE of 25.4. Keep holding/buy. ...
