Having raised US$22m at 550p just 13 months ago, WANdisco has again tapped the market. This time it is placing 2.5m shares to raise US$17.5m at 546p - a 9% premium to the market price and - unusually - agreeing to a 12 month holding period.To recap, WANdisco’s key opportunity comes from Fusion, a solution that enables enterprises to move data to the cloud.  The problem comes about because a bank, an insurer or a  utility all have continually active files, ones involved in customer and supplier transactions.
